The inaugural Phases of the Moon Festival, happening in nearby Danville, announced a pretty massive lineup yesterday. The festival is taking place September 11-14, 2014, and will apparently feature a ton of huge acts here in Central Illinois. The four-day outdoor camping-style music festival just announced Phase One of the artists, which you can see below. By the looks of it, this will really be something for those who might be more interested in Bonnaroo (as far as jam bands go), minus the travel to the Farm in Manchester.
