It is still April, it is still design month, and CUDO is still celebrating.
Next on the schedule is PK Sips, the chimeric child of CUDO’s most popular program and humanity’s inherent need to drink. Well, since the first PechaKucha nights in C-U were staged in bars, perhaps this a return to roots.
It’s also a response to the request for more socializing in the CUDO realm — but not too much — if you don’t like chatting, the videos will give you a conceivable reason to not talk.
Sidle up to the Sipyard bar-container, mingle with your fellow designers and design-enthusiasts, and flick your eyes every 20 seconds to a video of a PK night from somewhere around the globe.
On Thursday, April 21st, drinking officially begins at 7 p.m., videos begin at 7:30 p.m. and there will be five, each structured in the 20 x 20 style. It goes until there are no more videos, it’s too cold, or we’re too bored, whichever happens last.
