The other day, when taking a walk by my apartment in Downtown Champaign, I stumbled upon this gem of a sign. What’s even better than this is to think that the City of Champaign (or a local business) probably paid for this sign, and then sent a worker to go put the sign up. I wonder what they were thinking about as they put the sign up?
Anyways, if anyone was wondering what Champaign Municipal Code 23-112 is, now you know. Isn’t $185 kinda steep, though?
