If the customer wants the bike same day, we can usually get them their bike within 30 minutes. For pick-up, we meet the customer on campus, usually at Grainger library, the union, or ACES library, and deliver the bike to the customer. If this is the customer’s first time renting from us, we have them fill out some information before we send them pedaling. Our introductory rate is $5/day and $10/week, lock included.
