There’s a lot of discussion happening around what the future of the northern portion of Downtown Champaign, and this Neil Street Corridor discussion is a part of that. PlanOurPlaza is one portion of that in a way, but a separate project lies in this Neil Street Corridor, which is up for discussion this Thursday at Champaign Public Library.
