The Champaign County Forest Preserve District is offering a great opportunity for young makers to learn how to recycle, repurpose, and repair their own textiles. Open to kids ages 5 to 16, this one-hour workshop will take place at the Museum of the Grand Prairie from 1 to 2 p.m. on November 19th, with a fee of $3 per registrant.
Bring your own project, or enjoy textiles and craft items provided by the MGP. Register here by November 16th.
