A new food truck in town called Maria’s Kitchen has not opened yet but will serve Filipino-American food soon in Champaign-Urbana. Although no menu has been posted, we can expect to see both Filipino food and American classics with a punch of Filipino flavors.
The first and only food photo shared on social media for the truck is a cheeseburger with a side of homemade crab rangoons. Yes, please!
According to Maria’s Kitchen’s Facebook page, the menu will include food from “recipes that have been passed down to us.” Follow the food truck on Facebook for updates.
