Sad news, as one of the best local outfits is calling it quits. Announced via their Facebook page:
This is crazy to actually say but after a bunch of tours, making countless friends, putting out an album, and seeing this great country; it saddens to announce that Hank. is calling it quits after almost 3 years.
Everyone who has ever been as kind to let us sleep on your floor, put food in our mouths and trust and support us it’s amazing to even know y’all existed. It’s been fun and it’s been great but all things must end at some point. We love each and everyone of you and thanks for the good times.
We have one or two more shows. Please if you can come out and let’s hang out one last time.

Hank. put out their stellar record Pinched. last year, which ended up high on our year-end list for local releases. They had a history of putting on awesome live shows as well, so this is a bummer all around.
