Around the world, dozens of people have been getting this particular tattoo, in honor of the late Jerry Fuchs, arguably the greatest drummer of his generation. This particular design is nothing more than MIDI inputs, which, if you aren’t aware, stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. In Jerry’s case, it was more than telling; people considered his drumming to be so automatic and so robotic, that they often joked with him about the idea that he was “plugged” in to some sort of machine for him to be able to keep time so well, and so consistently.
