CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Single-game tickets for the 2010 Illinois football season go on sale this Thursday, July 22, at 9 a.m. CDT through the University of Illinois Athletic Ticket Office.
Make sure to secure your seats for the Sept. 11 home-opener vs. Southern Illinois under the lights, the Sept. 18 in-state clash with Northern Illinois and the Oct. 2 Big Ten opener against Ohio State, not to mention Homecoming against Indiana on Oct. 23, the border-battle with Purdue on Oct. 30 and Dad’s Day vs. Minnesota on Nov. 14.
Fans can purchase tickets at fightingillini.com, toll free at 1-866-ILLINI-1 or by visiting the athletic box office at the Assembly Hall.
The Fighting Illini have already sold out the south end of Memorial Stadium, including the Horseshoe and the extensions, for the fourth-straight year. The Block I student seating area, located in middle of the stadium’s north end, is also sold out. The entire north end of the stadium, which is reserved for the students, is on pace to sell out as well.
Sideline season tickets remain on sale to the public at a price of $225 and student season tickets are $77.
Public Arch Rivalry Tickets Available July 26
Remaining tickets for the 2010 State Farm Arch Rivalry Game against Missouri will go on sale to the public via Ticketmaster starting Monday, July 26 at 10 a.m. CDT. Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or by calling 314-342-5000
The 2010 State Farm Arch Rivalry is the last of a four-game series vs. Missouri at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis. The 2010 game begins at 11:30 a.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 4, and will be televised by Fox Sports Net.
