His Kid’s Closet: Free kids close for those in need

His Kid’s Closet is a new local non-profit that takes donations of used clothing and redistributes them to those in need. His Kid’s Closet is currently serving at Kenwood, Bottenfield, Robeson, Westview and Garden Hills Elementary Schools and Edison Middle School. We also currently have drop boxes at the ARC and CRCE on U of I’s campus. Good Shepherd Church will be hosting a drop box during the month of April. This week we started distributing clothing at WIC and will be at WIC every Tuesday in April from 9-11 a.m. to distribute clothes. We are seeking to serve more schools, contact us for more info about how to donate, advocate, volunteer or host a drop box. Thanks for your support!
