The City of Champaign is preparing their Annual Action Plan for 2019-2020, as well as an Action Plan Amendment to the 2018-2019 plan. The Annual Action Plan “outlines local affordable housing and community development needs and identifies strategies for addressing them. The plan identifies activities that the City expects to undertake through direct action or through the provision of funding to other entities.” There will be several opportunities for public comment on these items, beginning in February.
