Carle and Parkland are both making some changes based on the current COVID situation in our area.
Carle Health will be closing the drive up testing site in Champaign (in addition to the site in Mattoon, Danville, and Olney) because of a decline in usage. There are still several free testing sites that are open to all. Patients with COVID symptoms or a COVID exposure can call the Carle hotline at 217-902-6100 on weekdays to be directed to a testing site.
Parkland is discontinuing their entry check-in system, and will re-open all entrances to their buildings. Shield testing will continue in Building E.
