As we shared earlier this week, El Progreso in Champaign has moved one lot west of its previous location. Tacos Locos, the taco food truck parked at El Progreso, has also made the move. We reviewed the taco truck last year, but here are some photos to remind you that the truck offers some tasty tacos (and other items).
