H2O Salon to host artists, performers for Boneyard Arts Fest

H2O SALON TO HOST ARTISTS, PERFORMERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH BONEYARD ARTS FESTIVAL

H2O Salon and Spa is pleased to announce their participation in the 2014 Boneyard Arts Festival. Over the course of two days, the salon will host a number of artists, designers, poets, playwrights and musicians.

On Friday, April 11th, H2O will feature the portraits of photographer Laura Trovillion and art, clothing, and jewelry for sale by Mary Ciaccio, Jeanine Fry and Dolores Fernandez, respectively. In addition, Champaign- based improve troupe The Abe Froman Project will perform at 7:30 p.m. These events are free.

On Saturday, April 12th the salon will host a variety show to benefit the Greater Community AIDS Project, featuring original performances by local poets, playwrights, dancers and musicians. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door. All proceeds will go towards GCAP.

The salon is seeking more performers for the variety show. Those wishing to perform may contact Kendall Johnson, producer and event coordinator.
