Earlier this week, Grandkids announced that their stellar debut release, Timeshare, will get the CD/LP treatment with the help of Jurassic Pop Records and Heirship Records.
The album is available for preorder over at Grandkids’ Bandcamp page, and as you can see above, the album art has changed from the original form, but I’m not complaining — gorgeous either way.
The real point of discussion here is the vinyl release, which is noteworthy for any local artist doing so. The dudes in Hank. did it big with green vinyl, and it is great to see another local going this route with pressing LPs.
As for Timeshare, CDs/LPs should start shipping around August 27th.
