V. Picasso is re-opening in Downtown Champaign soon after a five-year hiatus. The wine and tapas bar was originally open in Urbana and will be resurrected in the former Ippatsu salon spot at 122 N. Neil St. The new menu features charcuteries, artisanal cheeses, gourmet flatbread and fresh entrees.
Chef Adam Shallenberger is the man behind the menu, and desserts are being sourced through Kaya Tate at Hopscotch Cakes. Needless to say, we are really looking forward to getting this food into our mouths.
