Specializing in wood-fired pizza, Flour & Fire Pizza is a food truck that will open this fall. The new food truck says on its website that they pride themselves on “tasty, artisanal pizza made with quality ingredients.”

The menu is available online. Pizza options include classics like Margherita and supreme and also interesting, new ones like the Second City pizza which has spicy pork sausage, hot giardiniera, cheese blend, and San Marzano tomato sauce. Vegetarians can rejoice as there is a veggie supreme pizza on the menu and a funghi pizza with fresh mushrooms, herbs, cheese, white sauce, and truffle oil. There’s also an option to build-your-own pizza.
