UPDATE (8:41 p.m.): With precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 22 reporting, Gerard leads 63% to 37% (489 votes to 283). Obviously a long way to go.

UPDATE (10:16 p.m.): Gerard campaign staffer just told me that Gordy Hulten told Gerard that Gerard has won by margin of 230 votes.
