Willard Airport (CMI) has just announced the permanent additon of a new vendor at the airport: Einstein Bros. Bagels, coming “winter 2016”. As they’ve continued with their rebrand of the airport, this comes as a welcomed addition to the space.
Einstein Bros. will be serving coffee, espresso, and drinks as well as sandwiches and baked goods near the departure lounge (this is where a coffee machine currently exists). It should be up and running “in the next month” or so, per the folks at CMI. This is a permanent component of the airport, rather than a pop-up restaurant.
