If you want to get more informed about hunger in the community and what the Eastern Illinois Foodbank is doing about it (or even what you can do about it), tonight, they’re hosting the Sixth Annual Hunger Symposium at 7 p.m. at Provena Covenant Medical Center.
They’ll be discussing some of their Healthy Futures Initiatives, like the school pantry program.
The panel will be moderated by Mike Haile, VP/General Manager, WDWS-WHMS-WUIL.
