There is a bike station Downtown Champaign in the parking garage. It used to have an air pump on it which was probably the most useful tool on the rack. Now, it’s gone. I asked the people working at the garage about it, and they said that it had been stolen twice, so they’ve stopped putting it out (which is a shame). They went on to tell me that last week someone threw garbage cans off of the 6th level onto the breezeway. “It could have killed someone” the attendant said. “So no more garbage cans either” he went on.
