Doughbelly’s Subs opened its doors over the summer, but I didn’t know of its existence until a few weeks ago. These folks bake their own pretzel rolls and slow-roast their own meats in-house, facts that immediately elevate Doughbelly’s above almost every other local sandwich joint. Don’t mind that it’s located in a gas station on Route 47. It’s terrific, and you should give it a try.
