The intrepid author of A Citizen’s Blog About Champaign Unit 4 has begun sifting through the document history of the consent decree, or Consent Decree. Here’s his first effort, which is a bit of table-setting.
This is my first foray into summarizing some of the more technical papers I have been reading in regards to the Consent Decree, Controlled Choice and Unit 4. I hope to have others; however, this is exhausting work due mostly to the academic vernacular in which most of the research papers are written in, not to mention the breadth and depth to which the topics are covered. The scary part is that this is only scratching the surface.
