Celebrating Indian cinema after 100 years

The University of Illinois has been, and still is, hosting various screenings and lectures on Indian cinema. “Past, Present, and Future: Indian Cinema at 100” considers the history and progress of Indian cinema. Screenings have been running since September, and will continue until December 10th. A symposium featuring a panel discussion will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Coordinated Science Laboratory. It will feature four speakers and will run until approximately 5 p.m. For more information on screenings and speakers, click here.
