Lend a hand to those in need in Haiti tonight, and do it while enjoying some of the best parts of downtown Champaign, all at once.
Jacob Daugherty, the general manager and handsome face of Radio Maria, has partnered with Rebecca Bedinger, Amy Coleman, and Ashley Buerkett of Ippatsu Salon to put together a tremendous evening of live music, art, auction, food and drinky-dranks.
Cover is $5 at the gate, and all proceeds are being donated to the American Red Cross. The list of participating businesses is silly-long, so rest assured that no matter what your tastes, there will be something to tempt you towards helping the cause.
Radio Maria is located at 122 N. Neil St. in downtown Champaign.
