The upcoming installment of Prairie Fruit Farm’s “Dinner on the Farm” is set to feature local favorite Black Dog Smoke and Ale House, as well as purveyors of delicious micro brews from Minnesota, Summit Brewery. The dinner is held at Prairie Farms and it’s $75 a plate. Not a whole lot of bbq influence here, but the menu still looks pretty fantastic:
- Roasted Red Pepper Gazpacho
- Grilled Pizza w/ PFF Chevre, Heirloom Tomatoes & Basil
- Lamb Skewers w/Cucumber & Tomato Salad
- Goat & Pork Beer Brats with Grilled Onion Jam & Heirloom Potato Salad
- Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Puree & Caramel Goat’s Milk Gelato
