Black Dog is serving up their signature barbecue goodness from their Champaign location with a limited menu. They also doing a different special each day. On Mondays, you can pick up their spicy, bacon-wrapped smoked meatloaf and Tuesdays, it’s burnt ends. On Wednesdays, the special is a Cuban sandwich with pulled pork, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, grilled onions, pickles and chipotle mayo. On Thursday, get a smoked Italian beef sandwich
On Fridays, you can get a Texas rib, a slab of beef short ribs. On Saturdays, you can get You can end the weekend with jambalaya on Sundays. And if you’re not a meat-eater, they also have an Impossible burger on the menu as well.
