Big Grove Tavern will have ‘pop-up’ dinners each Sunday in March, from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
I’m confused: pop-up generally indicates that a chef without a restaurant will take over a kitchen and offer up her or his fare, and this seems like BGT will just have country-specific themed dinners.
It’s unclear if there will be guest chefs, or if this is just an attempt to get people in the door on a Sunday night. Menu and pricing information is not yet available.
