Yes, friends, it’s been a relative gauntlet of a year. From beloved celebrity deaths to the often-exaggerated yet scarily-legitimate threat of creeping nuclear war, we truly are living in strange times. For many, 2017 is an arbitrary point in which we can hit reset and start things off fresh.
What better way to celebrate the coming of a brand new year than with one of the best creations of all time: brunch. For those of you who like to munch on brunch, Downtown Champaign’s Big Grove Tavern will be hosting a New Year’s Day brunch to kick off 2017 right.
