Big Grove Tavern will host a Local Flavors Dinner tonight, Thursday, September 20.
Each dish from the prix fixe menu ($48), a “nose-to-tail” pork dinner, features part of the whole pig from Moore Family Farm. Other local ingredients are sourced from Blue Moon Farm, PrairiErth Farm, Mileur Orchards, and Autumn Berry Inspired.
Their regular menu and nose-to-tail specials will be available in addition to the prix fixe dinner. Check out the prix fixe menu below:
