Big Grove Tavern will host a Local Flavors Dinner tonight, Thursday, September 20.
Each dish from the prix fixe menu ($48), a “nose-to-tail” pork dinner, features part of the whole pig from Moore Family Farm. Other local ingredients are sourced from Blue Moon Farm, PrairiErth Farm, Mileur Orchards, and Autumn Berry Inspired.
