Surely you remember Carmon’s, and surely you remember the delicious pop-up ‘shacks’ that happened a few summers ago. Lucky for us Joshua Boyd is doing it again at his Urbana Butcher Shop.
These themed dinners will be held the first Monday of the month. The inaugural shack is barbeque-themed and happening on Monday, July 7 at 5 p.m., first come, first served.
