Baldarotta’s Porketta & Sicilian Sausage food cart will hit the streets of C-U sometime in the spring of 2018.
Helmed by Jordan Baldarotta, this food cart will feature porchetta and sasusages, as well as “authentic Sicilian and Italian food.”
You can get a taste of what Baldarotta’s will offer on Tuesday, October 3rd at The Land Connection’s Downtown Champaign Farmers’ Market (cooking demo scheduled from 3:30 to 6 p.m., and on Saturday, October 7th at Urbana’s Market at the Square (cooking demo scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m.)
