The owner of Poggerino Winery in Tucany, Italy will be visiting bacaro to help host a wine dinner with his wines this Friday, January 16. Piero Lanza will team up with Paolo Cerruti, distributor of Valgiano Wines, Thad Morrow, chef and owner of bacaro, and Drew Starkey, chef at bacaro for an evening of delicious food and wine.
The seven course tasting menu is $85 and $45 for the wine pairings. Reservations are required, so visit the bacaro website to make yours.
