Art and bugs this weekend

Here’s a nice bit of news for those of you who have kids, like insects, or just want to know about cool arts & education events!

This Saturday, June 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Community Center for the Arts (C4A) staff artist Lori Caterini will reveal her latest honey-art installation at the new Pollenatarium Discovery Center located near the university bee hives.

The Pollenatarium has nice displays with lots of information about bees.  Here’s their website, which includes a map of their location:

Lori will be joined by Michael Meadows performing pollinator-inspired music on instruments of his own invention with dance improvisation by Sarah Haas.
