As of today, Aroma Cafe will occupy the same space as Cowboy Monkey. Aroma will operate from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, then Cowboy Monkey will be open from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Chef Alwes is working on a new menu for both restaurants, which will include brunch for Cowboy Monkey. Here is their Instagram post:
