From an Urbana Public Works statement:
O’Neil Brothers will be doing channel work as a part of the Boneyard Creek Improvements Project. In order to perform bypass pumping while the channel work is occurring, Griggs Street between Race Street and Central Avenue will be closed to through traffic. The closure is scheduled to begin on Wednesday June 4th, 2014 at 7 a.m. and extend through Wednesday June 11th, 2014 at 6 p.m., weather permitting.
Access will be maintained to properties on Griggs Street during the temporary street closure but no through traffic permitted on Griggs Street between Race Street and Central Avenue.
