Earlier this week, Jonah really got us thinking about food trucks here in Champaign-Urbana with his recap of his experience at Cracked Truck. They’re are plenty of them in the area, all having positive aspects that keep them around and serving food up, whether that be at lunch time or at 2 a.m. on your walk home from your local watering hole. There are plenty, Burrito King, King Philly, Derald’s, OMG Sausages, and Empanadas Truck, to name a few.
