Earlier this week, Ben went on an adventure. An adventure to discover who throws down a pretty mean (or lackluster) Long Island Ice Tea in Champaign-Urbana. Not only did the article create a longing for one of these tall beverages on a hot summer day, but it got us thinking about the drink in general within the scope of C-U.
Certainly, a week’s worth of Long Islands doesn’t sum up every place in C-U that makes these fine concoctions. Which brings us to this week’s Ask Politely.
