Improvisational band Tone Road Ramblers start at jazz and then stretch across several genres in their music. This session at C4A will include a Q & A segment after the performance to make this free event informative as well.

Bluesy country artist Jimmy “Daddy” Davis has worked with members of The Eagles and appeared on MTV. He plays an annual show at Urbana’s Boomerangs, and there’s cheap beer and no cover. What could be better?

Sunday at I4C will feature the rock and roll sounds of Chicago’s The Inbetween Days and some beachy rock from King of the Coast’s Larry Sheridan. The Snail Inhalers make three and a fourth act is in the works. There is an end-of-summer theme for this show that will help you coast into your work week on the breeze.
