Some of the beers at Pour Bros. Craft Taproom were a bit stronger than usual Saturday night. The pay-what-you-pour bar hosted Hibeernation, a tribute to wintertime, live music, and flavorful brews. Seventeen beers on tap had been aged in barrels that previously stored bourbon, gin, rum, and wine. Not only does this process add flavor to the beer, but it also increases the ABV of the drink.
