Brian Dolinar, scholar, journalist, and local author, joined Rebecah and Sean at WEFT Studio (on his birthday, no less) to talk about the IMC‘s upcoming ImMEDIAte Justice workshops that will equip participants with basic skills in radio production, community journalism, and social media necessary to be able to add their own voice to the narratives of our community. Brian also shares a bit about his experience with community journalism and writing his most recent book, The Negro in Illinois: The WPA Papers.
