With temperatures heading north of ninety, it’s officially time to break out the grill and get to cookin’. Jason lets us in on one of his favorite family-style meals to feed a crowd.

The idea of a community kitchen is one that is truly starting to take shape in Champaign County, but Jason has discovered that it really starts at home, cooking with those you love, or don’t even know barely yet.

When making chicken masala, you can buy pre-packaged spices, or, roast your own and make it from scratch. Jason states that the smells alone are simply worth the extra effort.
