Kofusion has been a staple of Downtown Champaign since 2005, and Kofusion will move to a new location inside the bright white building formerly occupied by PNC Bank at the corner of Main and Walnut. Kofusion’s owner Janet Bubin purchased the building in December of 2018 and announced in February 2019 that the Asian fusion restaurant planned to move to the newly purchased building.
The new location will have a different menu, and when the second location opens, the current location will close. There is no opening date set for the new location at this time.
Check out what we think about Kofusion takeout, dinner at the Downtown location, and my obsession with the Urbana location’s Korean fried chicken.
