The Champaign County Circuit Clerk is hosting Amnesty Week October 19-29, where Champaign County residents can pay off criminal, traffic, DUI, ordinance violations or conservation violations without paying collection fees or late fees.
If you’d like to participate, you can request a quote through this form, or by emailing cccircuitclerk@co.champaign.il.us. Your email should include: name with middle initial, address, phone number, email address, case number or numbers, and additional name or alias that may be associated with the case(s). You can look up case numbers here.
Payments can be made at the Circuit Clerk’s office (cash, cashier’s check, credit card or debit card), located in the Champaign County Courthouse at 101 E. Main in Urbana, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., online, or by mail with a money order or cashier’s check.
