83 Vietnamese Cuisine is now open at The Crossing in the space where Rumbergers used to be. The restaurant’s menu offers egg rolls, noodles, bánh mì sandwiches, pork belly bowl, and a grilled bone-in pork chop with an egg cake, rice, and salad with Asian vinaigrette.
