On October 28th, the Institute of Genomic Biology is hosting the next installment of their Lunchbox Series, Eat to Learn: Highlighting the intersection of food, science, and culture. This will be the 2nd lecture in the series, and will feature Melissa Pflugh Prescott, PhD, from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition speaking on equity systems solutions to wasted food.
The event takes place at the Spice Box Cafe on the 2nd floor Bevier Hall at 12 p.m. The buffet lunch will open at 11:45 a.m. Please register ahead of time.
