What the heck is coworking? Well, if you’re asking this question you should choose one of these free interactive sessions to attend.
Lodgic Everyday Community, a space that is made for coworking, has invited David Walker to lead several lessons on coworking on Tuesdays through month of July. According to the Facebook event, Walker “co-founded and led operations at Conjunctured in Austin, one of the original 50 coworking spaces in the world,” which I say would make him a bit of an expert.
Each session will begin with a presentation, followed by time for applying what you’ve learned in Lodgic’s coworking space, so bring your laptop along. They are conveniently scheduled at the end of the work day, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., which also happens to be an ideal happy hour time, so you can indulge in a tasty beverage while you learn. The bar at Everyday Kitchen has some great cocktails, and they just happen to have a $6 signature cocktails on Tuesdays. Just sayin’.
The first session is Tuesday, July 2nd. No need to pre-register, just show up!
