The independent feature film Leading Ladies started shooting in downtown Champaign last week, and we’re now doing a last-minute scramble for more extras for a large “underground dance club” scene taking place this week at the magical and mysterious old Rialto Theatre downtown, hidden in an office building across Church Street from the Art Theatre. Come join us to dance, boogie, or just stand around looking good — and be in a major feature film!
We need people, aged 18-40, this Tues, Wed, and/or Thursday from 11a.m. to midnight. Come for a day or all three, by golly we’d LOVE to have you. It’s a big time committment, but I guarantee that the final product will be incredible and something you’ll be very proud to be a part of. This film is bringing Champaign to the world!
