It’s been a big week for LGBT couples throughout the state of Illinois as civil unions have become legal. And next week promises to be another great week locally, with the UP Center’s 2nd Annual LGBTQA Film Festival taking place next Saturday, June 11. To talk about all of this, we will have Kevin Johnson, President of the UP Center of Champaign County. Kevin is one of the organizers of the film festival and, I believe, is officially getting “civilly unioned” today.
